Refund policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, provided processing has not started. Once an order has been processed or submitted for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged,Defective, or Wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the amount.
